Scottish actor Alan Cumming has pledged his support for the Scottish National Party and the SNP in a video posted on youtube.
The video, which emerged last night, feature's the thespian backing the SNP for their contribution to their arts.
He says: "I'm not a resident of Scotland and I do not have a vote in the election. "I do however have an opinion. I would vote for Alex Salmond and the SNP. The Perth-born actor praised the SNP for delivering its achievements in the arts adding: "I really believe that the arts is a core component of what makes Scotland great."
